Shaw Hall Caravan Park recently took the decision to install the latest SMART Metering system from Energy Controls. Our 'MainsTalk' system was supplied on a RENTAL basis so there were absolutely no start up costs for the customer. Each Holiday Home has it's own SMART meter installed which automatically transmits energy consumption data on a daily basis to the PC in the main office.

After securing the biggest ever SMART Metering installation with Guernsey Electricity the project in conjunction with the 'MainsTalk' system was awarded the "Best AMR Initiative Award" at the EPN Metering Awards.

Guernesey Electricity plan to roll out their installation of 27,000 'MainsTalk' SMART Meters during the next 3-5 years.
